About the Role

We are seeking motivated and warm individuals to join our team as Relief Recovery Support Workers. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs in our Nursing and Residential homes services in Stoke.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ad-hoc cover on rotas to cover instances such as sickness, annual leave, training, and vacancies.
  • Work with service users in a recovery-focused way, assisting them with daily tasks, planning activities, and promoting independence.
