Relief Recovery Support Worker

We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Relief Recovery Support Workers. As a key member of our care team, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs in our Nursing and Residential homes services in Stoke.

Your Role:
  • Provide ad-hoc cover on rotas to ensure continuity of care and support.
  • Work with service users to develop and implement recovery-focused plans, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social activities.

As a Relief Recovery Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users. You will work collaboratively with a skilled and dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support.

The shift pattern includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
