Relief Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Relief Support Worker to join our team in Stockton and Billingham. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our service users with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and care to service users to enable them to participate in everyday life and enjoy a wide range of activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, promoting independence, reducing isolation, and encouraging mental and physical wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a care or support setting, preferably with individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including lone working, and be responsive to the needs of service users.
