We are seeking a Support Professional to provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in our Billingham services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respectful personal care and support to individuals with cooking, cleaning, housework, and other life skills.
  • Support service users in accessing social and leisure activities.
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users.
  • Carry out general administrative duties, housing management tasks, and medication distribution.

You will have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support within our Billingham services.

As a Support Professional, you will work within a positive behaviour support framework, accept responsibility, and develop as a skilled practitioner.

Car drivers are preferable as there is an opportunity to drive service user's cars to participate in activities in the Billingham community.

This is a Relief Support Worker position which is ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study, or caring responsibilities.

Previous care experience is essential for our relief roles.

As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service and shifts, including directions.

You will be paid weekly.
