About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Regional Office United Kingdom team. As a Groups Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all bedroom enquiries and bookings for the hotel, over the telephones, Internet and via fax for groups of clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Regularly visit UK hotels, particularly our main London properties, to build strong relationships with colleagues and stay up-to-date on hotel operations
  • Upsell hotel facilities to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue are achieved at all times

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong selling skills and understanding of groups bookings and processes
  • Excellent telephone communication skills, with the ability to competently manage all aspects of a groups enquiry
  • Effective decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proven experience working within a hotel group sales department is desirable
