Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Hotel Manager to join our team at a leading hotel in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of the hotel's senior management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sales and events, while also leading and developing a dedicated team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth through weddings, private events, and food & beverage sales.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of events and sales initiatives.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded hotel environment.
- Strong sales and revenue-driving mindset, with expertise in growing F&B and event business.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
- Commercially focused and strategic, with a track record of delivering results in competitive markets.
