Role Overview

The Commercial Sales Development Manager will be responsible for soliciting and growing business on both transient and group levels within their vertical market segments. They will oversee day-to-day sales efforts and sales plans for respective segments, implementing activities outlined in the annual marketing plan of the hotel.

Salary & Benefits

We offer an estimated salary of £75000 per annum. Additional benefits include a Refer a Friend Scheme, 50% employee discount in F&B outlets, Pension Scheme, and more.

Job Responsibilities

  • To effectively solicit and grow business on both transient and group levels within their vertical market segments.
  • To oversee day-to-day sales efforts and sales plans for respective segments.

Requirements

This role requires good communication skills and the ability to negotiate successfully while exceeding guest expectations. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Nomad policies, procedures, and expectations.

Flexibility and Adaptability

Due to fluctuating demands of the company's operation, flexibility and adaptability are essential. The working hours and days may need to be adjusted to accommodate business demands.
