Hotel Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve maximum revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct the day-to-day operation of the sales team to ensure maximum revenue and profitability.
  • Perform daily sales activities including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, contracting and rate negotiation, site inspections, attendance at trade shows, client entertainment, and national/international sales trips.
  • Develop and execute hotel sales promotional campaigns through local and national media, evaluating and reporting on marketing campaign ROI.
  • Analyse GDS production reports and intelligence information to develop business channels.
  • Identify and manage all Corporate and Consortia RFPs.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on account performance and general activity to the Managing Director.
  • Represent the hotel at sales team meetings and other events as appropriate.

Salary

£80,000 per annum.
