About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Sales to join our team at a branded hotel in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and revenue growth, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

The role requires effective coaching and mentoring of the sales team, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel's brand and services
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position within a large hotel
• Strong knowledge of sales and revenue management principles
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
