Hotel Business Development Lead

In this pivotal role at Fairmont St Andrews, you will spearhead the development of innovative strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion. Your primary objective will be to stimulate and convert business into the hotel, making significant contributions to group rooms and banqueting revenues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and maintain market share
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
