We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Service Lead to join our team at The May Fair Hotel, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of London. As a Hotel Service Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of hosts and hostesses, ensuring exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to develop your leadership skills, working closely with our experienced management team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of hosts and hostesses, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Assist with staff training, focusing on delivering high-quality service and maintaining attention to detail.
- Coordinate with the bar and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in a high-end food-led operation, preferably as a host/hostess.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros systems.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.
- Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- A passion for food and beverage, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum.
- 28 days' holiday per annum, including bank holidays, increasing with long service.
