We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Development Lead to join our dynamic project delivery team focused on high-profile hospitality and residential developments within an expansive mixed-use site.

This role offers the chance to lead the delivery of complex hospitality and residential projects, leveraging deep technical knowledge in hotel and residential construction, maintaining rigorous standards for quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of complex hospitality and residential developments, including two theme park hotels.
  • Provide strategic guidance on program, construction methodology, and design solutions, ensuring projects align with broader business objectives.
  • Oversee consultants and contractors, representing the client's interests through design and construction phases, to ensure high standards and timely project delivery.
  • Leverage deep technical knowledge in hotel and residential construction, maintaining rigorous standards for quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • A strong background in hotels and residential development with a focus on technical/building expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase developments.
  • Experience in strategic planning and construction methodology
  • Ability to oversee and manage consultants and delivery partners.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
