Business Development Director for Managed Service Provider (MSP)

We are seeking a seasoned business development leader to drive growth and expand market reach in the MSP industry.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of 6 members
  • IDentify new business opportunities through market analysis and partnerships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, annual sales plans, and goal-setting
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and meet objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and oversee proposals, presentations, and minimal travel for client meetings and events

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of business development or sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in the MSP sector is required
  • Proven ability to lead remote or hybrid teams
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and results-driven approach

Compensation:

$120-140K (with commission-based incentives, bonuses, and growth potential)
