We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Sales Assistant to join our team at Tapestry, Inc.
- Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
- Key Responsibilities:
Job Description: As a Brand Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for driving sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Kate Spade selling skills and training to meet personal goals and exceed customer expectations. You will impact store performance with individual productivity, represent Kate Spade as a brand ambassador, model sales behaviors from company training programs, maintain high energy on the sales floor, consistently achieve sales goals, and support team performance and encourage exceeding standards.
- About You:
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have very good English proficiency, previous retail service experience, and a luxury retail background (desired). You must also possess effective customer and staff communication skills.
