About the OpportunityWe are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our high-performing team at Crayon, one of the UK's top 100 workplaces. As recognized by The Sunday Times, we foster a supportive culture that enables you to thrive.
As our new Inside Sales Executive, you will partner closely with Key Account Managers to generate new business opportunities, nurture leads, and close sales deals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive telephone support to existing customers across all business areas
- Preparing and calculating offers for customer-specific inquiries, in coordination with account managers
- Offering expert guidance on licensing models and optimizing offers from various vendors
- Engaging proactively with customers regarding expiring contracts, maintenance updates, and current special offerings
- Managing the customer database (CRM) and generating corresponding sales opportunities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales operations role
- Experience in the technology industry, ideally in cloud services or software sales
- Commercial and/or technical training or equivalent professional experience
You will be a strong fit for this role if you possess:

Our estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
