Job Overview:
A Property Operations Manager is required to manage the day-to-day activities of a commercial property portfolio. The successful candidate will have previous experience in property management, with a strong focus on customer service and lease administration.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. The Property Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining relations with leaseholders and RTM companies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing risk. Strong communication and IT skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of property transactions and lease agreements
  • Ensure timely payment of rent and other associated charges
  • Provide excellent customer service to lessees and RTM companies
  • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of property law and regulations is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 depending on experience.
