At The Baobab Centre, we are dedicated to supporting young survivors of human rights abuses. Our fundraising team plays a crucial role in achieving this goal by securing vital funding to support our programs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fundraising Strategy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, identifying new funding opportunities, and building strong relationships with donors and partners.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young survivors and contribute to the success of our organization. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

You will work closely with our operations team and receive regular coaching and mentoring from our senior fundraising consultant. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and have a proven track record in fundraising, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
