Job Description:
We are seeking an Asset Management Executive to join our team in Holloway. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, providing excellent customer service to lessees and RTM companies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. The Asset Management Executive will be responsible for maintaining relations with leaseholders and RTM companies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing risk. Strong communication and IT skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of property transactions and lease agreements
  • Ensure timely payment of rent and other associated charges
  • Provide excellent customer service to lessees and RTM companies
  • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of property law and regulations is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
