Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in compliance? As a Compliance Manager - Property Services with Look Ahead Care and Support, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading not-for-profit care and support provider, delivering innovative social care solutions and support to individuals in need.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety legislation. You will maintain accurate records of compliance activities, coordinate the activities of contractors, consultants, and staff, conduct site meetings with Look Ahead staff, contractors, and landlords, and deliver contract administration on asbestos, legionella, fire, electrical, gas, and lift contracts.

You will work closely with our Asset Management and Central Services teams to ensure the management of incoming compliance documents, initial quality assessment, and uploading onto appropriate systems. You will also produce KPIs on a weekly basis for management compliance meetings and contribute to contract management meetings as required.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, pension schemes, staff discounts, healthcare, and career progression. If you have a good working knowledge of all areas of compliance, strong IT skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel, and experience in escalating concerns and following through to completion, we encourage you to apply.
