About the Role:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced retail or hospitality leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and meeting sales targets
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Motivate and develop a high-performing team, promoting excellent customer service and teamwork
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Salary and Benefits:
This role comes with a competitive salary of £37,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including private medical insurance and a health cash plan. You will also receive a London Weighting Allowance of up to £3,090 per annum, dependent on location.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Experience as a Manager or Leader within fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
