Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and specifying tiles, natural stone, agglomerates, and ancillary products into the Architect and Design community, Main Contractors, and large commercial tiling contractors across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve profitable sales growth and exceed target revenue.
  • Develop strategic business-to-business relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Presentation skills to a high standard and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to manage customer pricing using provided tools and processes.

About You:

  • Effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Presentation skills to a high standard.
  • Experience in Area Sales roles, preferably in B2B markets and within the A&D sector and/or tile industry.
