About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our established team based at our offices in Nottingham. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring profitability and growth
  • Deal with incoming customer queries and provide advice and solutions
  • Undertake outbound activity to identify and target new customers
  • Work closely with the external sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Administer sales orders and quotations, ensuring customer delivery dates are met
  • Regularly use our internal CRM system to track customer interactions and sales performance
  • Liaise closely with internal departments such as logistics and procurement to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements
