Executive Head of Business Development

We are seeking an experienced executive to fill the role of Executive Head of Business Development and drive our commercial growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and payer dynamics, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and the NHS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive sales initiatives.
- Oversee marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards in all commercial activities.
Salary: Up to £85,000 + bonus, depending on experience.
