About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer this challenging and rewarding role for a highly motivated Pastoral Mentor to join our team at Kedleston Group Ltd.

This role involves developing and implementing strategies to support the social and emotional development of our pupils, working closely with staff and parents/carers to ensure effective policies and procedures are in place.

Job Requirements
  • Develop and use systems to monitor pupils' behaviour and wellbeing
  • Coordinate individual support for pupils, reviewing ongoing progress towards set goals
  • Promote high standards of behaviour and attendance, consistently implementing school policies
