Future Talent and Apprentice Program Manager

The BMW Group UK Future Talent & Apprentice Training team is responsible for the development and management of our Future Talent programmes.
In this role, you will coordinate activities and topics related to Future Talent, Apprentice, and Associate Training.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and visualizing data sets and analysis to predict business training requirements, creating promotional and school engagement activities to enhance the recruitment process, researching new forms of training, and administering business processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, experience with data analytics tools, and a UK driving license would be beneficial.
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive annual salary of £23,650, 26 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract), and an attractive pension scheme.
We offer a rewarding work-life balance with contracted working hours of 37 hours a week, including a half day on a Friday.

- This role will involve some travel to other sites.
- You will be responsible for steering identified projects and innovations.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science or Data Analytics progressing towards a minimum 2:2 or above.
- UK Driving License would be beneficial.
