Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, overseeing benefits programs, and designing performance reviews and professional development initiatives. With a strong focus on collaboration and integration, you will work closely with leadership to drive a thriving organisational culture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Process Management
  2. UK Benefits Programs Oversight
  3. Performance Reviews and Professional Development Initiatives Design
  4. Culture Alignment and Integration Across Global Sites

Requirements:

  • HR generalist experience, preferably in a scaling biotech business.
  • Strong performance management and benefits program management skills.
  • Ability to analyse HR data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills.
