About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Biotech Manufacturing Team Lead to join our team at Oxford Biomedica. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GMP compliance and operations management.

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading a team of GMP support assistants, coordinating daily cleaning, waste disposal, and material transfer activities. You will also ensure that all work within the manufacturing facility is carried out in compliance with GMP procedures.

The successful candidate will have A-Levels or equivalent industrial experience, preferably within a GMP environment. Strong organisational and people management skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
