We are seeking an exceptional Talent Management Partner to join our client's organisation, working closely with senior leadership teams to drive performance and capability development. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home three days a week, providing a great work-life balance.

As a key member of the People Operations function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing various HR strategies, including leading complex ER cases. With a focus on building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, you will gain a deep understanding of business needs and develop effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Supporting leadership teams to drive performance and capability development
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Leading cyclical HR projects such as performance reviews and appraisals
  • Managing complex employee relations issues

A successful Talent Management Partner will have:

  • Experience operating at HR Business Partner level, with a track record of delivering results
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience working in a large, complex organisation with an understanding of matrix structures

The estimated salary for this position is £58,400 per annum, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
