About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join our team at Northreach. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of core HR processes, including performance management, payroll, and benefits management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in an HR role within the biotech or life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of employment law, GDPR requirements, and the regulatory landscape within the biotech industry.

  • You will partner with hiring managers and external agencies to execute resource plans for the organisation.
  • Own and improve the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Collaborate with Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) teams to support basic health offerings and wellness initiatives, promoting positive behaviours.

The salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
