**Key Responsibilities**

You will possess substantial experience in recruitment, career coaching or related fields such as training or corporate education, including client relationship management and coaching executive-level students.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalised 1:1 coaching for EMBA and MMPM students and alumni, supporting career transitions and goal setting.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with recruiters, head-hunters and corporate partners to enhance the profile of Saïd talent.
  • Facilitating connections between students and alumni for mentorship, recruitment and professional development.
  • Maintaining and managing the OSCAR system to ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment, coaching and corporate information.

, **Salary**: £48,235 - £57,255 per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per annum.
