Connection Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Connections Contract Manager to lead our talented team and help shape our connections service offering.
This role is responsible for optimizing performance of the Connections Account Management team, managing key stakeholder relationships, and driving continual improvements in our connections service.
As a Senior Connections Contract Manager, you will lead a team of Lead Connections Contract Managers and Connections Contract Managers, ensuring efficient and accurate issuing of Standard License Condition 12 (SLC12) Connection Offers and their contractual management.
- Translating complex technical and financial concepts into terms that can be communicated effectively to the business and stakeholders. Our combined portfolio totals 1500 projects, representing 20GW and £800m in value, requiring wide-ranging interactions.
- Representing the connections business with stakeholders and industry specialist groups, including Ofgem, DNOs, business customers, trade associations, and governing bodies.
- Management of the Account Management for SHEPD and SEPD licenses, setting strategic direction and standards for the Account Management function to deliver positive impacts.
We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000, depending on experience, plus a car or cash allowance, performance-related bonus, and a range of other benefits.
