As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function, assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Job Description:

You will provide guidance to employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a prestigious accountancy practice and develop your HR career.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Administer HR-related documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employee records.
  • Support HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and management on strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, or a related field (CIPD qualification preferred).
  • Proven experience (X+ years) as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective HR support.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to HR operations.

The estimated salary for this role is around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
