We're currently seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the success of our organisation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering a professional, business-focused talent acquisition service to candidates and hiring managers. They will work closely with our close-knit team to proactively identify and cultivate candidate pipelines through representation at recruitment events and direct sourcing.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Oxford College, offering hybrid working opportunities. We're committed to providing a comprehensive wellbeing programme, including access to mental health support and employee assistance programmes.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience working within a similar role within recruitment/talent acquisition is essential.
  • SIGNIFICANT interview experience at various levels
  • Experience of writing engaging advert content
  • Proven success in direct sourcing via various channels, including social media
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the confidence to provide advice and offer outstanding customer service to stakeholders

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
