Pioneering a new era in healthcare, our innovative Series A Biotech company is seeking an exceptional Standalone People Partner. Reporting directly to our leadership team, you will be responsible for transforming people operations and optimising employee lifecycle processes.

About the Opportunity
  • Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum
  • Location: Oxford (Hybrid Working - 2 days in office)

Your responsibilities will include managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding across global locations, overseeing UK benefits programs, and contributing to global benefits renewals. You will also design and drive performance reviews, goal setting, and professional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement people operations strategies to support business growth.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and offboarding.
  • Optimise HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Oversee UK benefits programs and contribute to global benefits renewals.
  • Collaborate with teams across locations to promote integration and culture alignment.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong generalist HR experience within a scaling biotech business.
  • Proven track record in managing performance management and benefits programs.
  • Ability to analyse and use HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic start-up culture with a hands-on approach.
