Future Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources, Future Talent, Apprentice & Associate Training Department as an Apprentice Trainer. This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR, working closely with our experienced team.
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing as a key point of contact for Apprentices and Associates within the organization, maintaining accurate records of training sessions, participation rates, and feedback, collaborating with the training team to design and deliver effective training programs, managing budgets, scheduling, and other logistics related to training events, and building relationships with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to support training initiatives.
About the Role:- Developing and implementing training programs to meet the needs of the business.
- Coordinating logistics, budgets, and scheduling for training events.
- Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, participation rates, and feedback.
- Collaborating with the training team to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Building relationships with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to support training initiatives.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or Data Analytics with a minimum 2:2 or above.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with data analytics tools is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with German language is beneficial but not essential.
- UK Driving License is a plus.
- A competitive annual salary of £23,650, pro rata to your contract, with 26 days holiday per annum.
