Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our winning team in Brook Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building up your own client base through business development calls and client meetings.

Your main objective will be to foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring that both parties achieve their goals. To do this, you will need to develop a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and stay up-to-date with the latest market trends.

You will work closely with our award-winning Learning and Development team to develop your skills and take control of your growth with our Brook Street Career Ladder.

About the role:

  • Business development calls and client meetings – you will build up your own client base.
  • Candidate marketing – you will source, screen, and engage with candidates.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike to foster long term relationships.
  • Developing your personal online brand.
  • Working to achieve targets.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission.
