About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent and Operations Leader - Culture and Benefits to join our innovative Series A Biotech company. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

In this critical role, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring we have the right people in place to drive our business forward. You will also be responsible for leading the development and implementation of benefits programs that meet the evolving needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and implement benefits programs that meet the evolving needs of our employees.
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee value proposition (EVP) strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver high-impact training programs.
  • Analyse and address areas for improvement in talent acquisition and retention through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in HR or Talent Management.
  • Proven track record in delivering talent acquisition and retention improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.
