Apprentice Training Coordinator

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to fill a role within our Human Resources, Future Talent, Apprentice & Associate Training Department. This placement will give you the chance to gain valuable experience in HR and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing Future Talent, Apprentice and Associate Training activities. You will also have the opportunity to analyze data sets and develop visualizations to predict business training needs, design and implement promotional activities to enhance Future Talent recruitment, and research new forms of training, including face-to-face, virtual, or e-learning.
About the Job:- Developing and implementing training programs to meet the needs of the business.
- Coordinating logistics, budgets, and scheduling for training events.
- Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, participation rates, and feedback.
- Collaborating with the training team to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Building relationships with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to support training initiatives.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or Data Analytics with a minimum 2:2 or above.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with data analytics tools is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with German language is beneficial but not essential.
- UK Driving License is a plus.
- A competitive annual salary of £23,650, pro rata to your contract, with 26 days holiday per annum.
