Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team at Advance Training & Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in railway design and construction, with experience in managing engineering works associated with station redevelopment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role within programmes from a rail aspect, with a strong understanding of engineering technical excellence. They will be responsible for managing design for depot and site works, including:

  • Managing the design process
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to deliver engineering projects
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

The successful candidate will report to the project director and will be responsible for delivering engineering excellence on allocated company contracts.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
