Estimated Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £23,650, reflecting the competitive market rate for similar roles in the UK.

Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and coordinating Future Talent and Apprentice activities, including strategy development and event planning.
  • Creating engaging promotional materials and data-driven presentations to support business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience with data analytics tools. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or Data Analytics is required, with a minimum 2:2 grade or above. Additionally, having a UK driving license would be beneficial.
