Join our Future Talent, Apprentice and Associate Training Department at MINI Plant Oxford as an Apprentice Human Resources Advisor and take the first step in your career in Human Resources.

This role involves supporting the planning and delivery of experiential events throughout the year, as well as developing strategy focusing on team culture and creating and marketing apprenticeship programmes.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders including HR teams, managers, and employees to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Human Resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

The salary for this role is £23,650 per annum, with benefits including 26 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme.
