Apprenticeship Details

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Apprentice in Financial Administration at the Nuffield Department of Women's & Reproductive Health. This 3-year apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills in financial and management accounting.

As an apprentice in financial administration, you will work closely with the Finance and Grants Team, gaining hands-on experience in various administrative areas within a university setting, specialising in finance and grants management.

Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, maintaining filing systems, assisting with financial processes, and managing communications. In addition, you will develop specialised skills in finance and grants administration, including accounts payable, procurement, and financial reporting.

Our comprehensive training program includes in-house training and distance learning through BPP (Business Professional People). The appointee will receive training on the University's financial databases and learn to assist with grant applications and budgeting processes.
