Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement critical business initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure initiative performance, regularly reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, product developments, and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a similar leadership role.
  • Fluency in MS Office, Google tools, and internet navigation skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
