Sales Account Executive Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client based in Altrincham, as a Sales Account Executive. This exciting role offers the chance to work within a thriving sales and marketing team, contributing to the company's year-on-year growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a B2B account list of approximately 200 existing accounts, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Follow up on new leads generated through in-house online marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain customer intelligence in the CRM database, providing valuable insights for sales and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to sales projects for new products and incentives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Manage customers' ongoing requirements and gather feedback, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Build knowledge and credibility in the product market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Identify and act on competitive threats to the business, proactively mitigating risks and driving growth.
  • Engage in face-to-face meetings with customers in different UK locations (1-2 days per week), building strong relationships and driving business results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy office-based sales role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Comfortable making a significant amount of outbound calls to new and existing customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and well-presented, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of maintaining and increasing business with existing customers, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to travel and meet face-to-face with a wide range of customers, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience managing a B2B account list, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and customer intelligence.

Location: Altrincham (Office based)

Hours: 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus
