Sales Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our client in the sports and education sector. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a list of B2B accounts, including existing and new clients
  • Follow up on leads generated by in-house online marketing campaigns
  • Help manage and maintain the CRM customer database
  • Run sales projects to offer new products to new and existing customers
  • Discuss customer ongoing requirements, gain product feedback, and identify competitive threats to the business
  • General incoming sales enquiries and customer support, working alongside the rest of the sales team
Requirements:
  • ~2+ years' experience in B2B sales
  • ~ Experience handling multiple client accounts
  • ~ Proven ability to develop relations with clients
  • ~ Proven ability to upsell and expand accounts
