As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 150-200 established business-to-business (B2B) accounts, with a focus on growing revenue and expanding existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a list of 150-200 B2B accounts, with a focus on upselling and expanding existing relationships.
- Follow up on leads generated by in-house online marketing campaigns to convert prospective new leads into customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Develop and execute sales projects to offer new products and services to new and existing customers.
- Discuss ongoing customer requirements, gather product feedback, and identify competitive threats to the business.
- Provide general sales support and customer service, working closely with the sales team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts and developing strong relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to upsell and expand existing accounts, with a focus on growing revenue.
