About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS). They will also provide administrative support to the training and development function.

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities
  • Data analysis and presentation of Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
  • Assist with procurement administration related to training and development
  • Provide support with general training and development queries
  • Maintain accurate records and documents
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Strong administrative skills, including experience in record management and document filing
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
