Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Coordinator to join our team at GIOS Technology.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong administrative skills, including experience in record management and document filing.
  • Extract, record, and present data from Personal Development Plans (PDPs), identifying capability and L&D needs.
  • Assist with procurement administration as it relates to training and development.
  • Provide assistance and support with general training and development queries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
