About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 per year for this Learning and Development Assistant position, which is a full-time contract lasting 6 months with potential extension.

Key responsibilities include administration of learning and development solutions to support our people strategy and maximise company capability. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an L&D Professional or hold a CIPD L5 qualification.

In this role, you will extract, record, and present information from Personal Development Plans on capability & L&D needs. You will also work closely with the Senior Technical Competency Training Manager to analyse learning and development needs linked to the annual appraisal process.

Additionally, you will input training and medical records for the organisation and contractors where necessary, manage performance management arrangements, and liaise with external training providers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions and excellent communication skills.
