Job Summary:

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team at Circle Group. This is a remote opportunity with a mix of home and on-site work, located in Calderbridge, Cumbria.

About the Role:

This 6-month contract position will focus on coordinating training programs for our government client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing logistics, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and meetings
  • Manage participant registration, invitations, and notifications
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including trainers, participants, and clients
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently. A background in education, training, or a related field is desirable.
